I love traveling during the week because that means that I am back home for "French Friday's with Dorie". This week we are kicking our November month off with Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Parsley Coulis. This soup is very hearty and thick. It is great as the whole meal with some yummy homemade bread or sweet potato biscuits.
