"FFWD" - Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Parsley Coulis

I love traveling during the week because that means that I am back home for "French Friday's with Dorie". This week we are kicking our November month off with Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Parsley Coulis. This soup is very hearty and thick.
